Good clean stay

The room was clean and spacious, the location is very good.

The laundry room had only 1 machine and people often left their clothes inside so you couldn't use it.

Lovely hotel perfect for families!

Hotel is very clean, room is perfect for a family of 4, beds are comfy and the bathroom is huge!

Location was a bit far from where the action is. 10 mins of walk from train station. Not many breakfast places nearby

THE FRONT OFFICE MS JULIA - Perfect in English - very helpful to all guests. Providing all information instantly.

Breakfast was not up to the standard of the hotel. Very limited and not high quality.

Excellent behavior of F.O. Ms Jullia, Perfect English-we stayed 3 rooms 5 Days. will stay again.

Front Office Manager Julia speak perfect English and helpful to all the guests. Location of the hotel is excellent, 200 mtr. from the Bus Stations connected to entire city. Breakfast is Buffet, Rooms are big. Hotel is very clean and around the property many restaurants. Taiwan Korean Japanese food a lot. connected to center of the city very easy.

Breakfast is compromised.

It was very spacious and luxurious. With good service and amenities. Location was an absolute plus being so close to the bus stops and train stations.

A bit pricey but that’s it.

Very satisfy

Complementary fruits and water. Excellent service and very helpful.

It’s very close to bus stop but a little bit far away from MRT station, around 500m. This distance is good for me, but not for my parents. I can ask hotel staffs to call taxi anyway, so this does not matter.

The service was excellent, the rooms roomy, the shower stupendous

The. Real fast buffet was wonderful selection of cuisines.

We had a problem with uncomfortable air in our first room but the hotel immediately changed rooms for us.
